What type of student is successful in the Arts & Science Program?
To be successful, students should be good at and enjoy course work in disciplines from both the arts and the sciences. There is significant emphasis on students’ ability to write well. This Program provides our students a broader education than is offered by specialized degree programs. Applicants should demonstrate a balance of interests in the Arts and the Sciences in either or both: the high school subjects they have studied, and the activities they have undertaken.
