The DEAMS Program Management Office in June 2005 selected Oracle Federal Financials as the Commercial-Off-The-Shelf software. When will the requirements for RDT&E funds be developed? DEAMS will handle RDT&E funds in Increment 1. However, before fielding the system outside of AMC, additional requirements development will be initiated to support Increment 2. Any additional RDT&E requirements can be documented during Increment 2 requirements development. DEAMS will be designed and implemented to account for all types of contracts, not just those currently paid through IAPS. DEAMS will be used to pay and account for miscellaneous payments and non-MOCAS contracts. DEAMS is not intended to replace M
