The Common Exciter input will accept both sine & square wave signals. In most applications, this signal is available from the 2nd (master) RF generator’s CEX output. Remember, that you should keep in mind that the length of the jumper cable will introduce phase shift into the 2 generator “system”. The CEX Input compliance is 250 ohms.
