You’ll need to complete the following steps to access for the FHA TOTAL Mortgage Scorecard. Certify your FHA Lender ID so you’re authorized to submit loans to FHA TOTAL Scorecard. To certify your Lender ID go to FHA Connection. Have at least one Credit Reporting Company (CRC) agreement in place. FHA TOTAL Scorecard requires merged credit, which you’ll order through Loan Prospector. We recommend you establish relationships with two or more CRCs. Get more information and service agreements. Know your FHA Lender ID (Third-party originators (TPOs), you must also know your sponsor’s FHA Lender ID) Make sure you’re using the most current version of your LOS software. • Will I get a Document Checklist with the FHA TOTAL Mortgage Scorecard Feedback Certificate?
