What type of security is provided at Edgewood Commons?
Access to the building is by card access only. Each student of Edgewood Commons has his/her student ID encoded with access to all exterior doors and his/her individual apartment. Each student also receives a dead bolt key to his/her individual bedroom. The exterior doors and hallways are monitored by video surveillance and the University police has jurisdiction on the property. The student and professional staff of Edgewood Commons also monitors the building and surrounding premises. Residents are held accountable to the resident code of conduct, which can be found on our website.
