What type of security does the building have?
The building has staffed, 24-hour security, with security officers working a station in the lobby, plus performing scheduled rounds around the building. The building lobby is open to the public on weekdays, who come in to eat, do business, etc. It closes 6 p.m., after which you need a security keycard or have to have a security office let you in. The building is locked on the weekend as well. Use of the elevators and entry into the stairwell, mail/garbage room, meeting room, and workout room, requires entry of a security keycode.
