What type of security can be in place to ensure that the database address book is not lost if the server crashes?
In a distributed server environment, a copy of the address book is maintained on each of the servers used for SVNM. If a server crashes, the information from its database will be available on these servers for a limited time. Although there is no automatic recovery mechanism, it is possible to recover the database using one of the other network servers. See the SVNM Administrators Guide for details.
