What type of screw is recommended for Traditional deck boards?
Terratec Naturals Traditional decking should be installed with Super Deck Screw. They have been designed specifically for dense composite materials like Terratec Naturals. No pre-drilling is needed if screwed in at least 3/4″ from the edge of the boards. There is no mushrooming with Super Deck Screws and they pull the deck board tight to the joist while giving you a clean, flush countersink.
