We find our clients benefit the best on a three day a week training schedule, plus some cardio done either at our gym or on your time. We understand everyone has hectic lives and to find time to take care of yourself usually doesn’t fit in the busy work week, but because exercise is such a wonderful benefit for your mind, body and life we try our best to work with your schedule.
