Our community features a variety of choices. Independent living is offered in 1-2 bedroom apartments and spacious 2-bedroom patio homes. Assisted living is offered in our main congregate residential building. And skilled nursing and dementia care is available through J.F. Hawkins, our recently renovated nursing center. Do you have age requirements? Our minimum age for residents is 60 years old. What types of amenities are available? Common areas and amenities are located throughout the campus. They include: dining rooms, a chapel, a library, activity rooms, a beauty and barber shop, conference areas, a scenic pond and walking trail and a physician exam room. What type of fees are paid by residents? Unlike many other CCRCs, we do not require entrance fees or long-term financial commitments. All residential units are rented on a month-to-month basis.
