What type of Reserve Material does St. Francis College Library have?
There are two types of Reserve Material at SFC Library – Professors’ Reserve and SGA (Student Government Association), also known as BEETET, Reserve. Professors’ Reserve are books, videos, and other printed material kept in the library by a professor for his or her class. BEETET Reserve are textbooks purchased by the Student Government Association based on the price of the textbook and class enrollment. Where are the Reserve Materials located? Both Professors Reserve and BEETET Reserve are located at the Circulation Desk, at the entrance to St. Francis College Library. You must have a valid St. Francis College I.D. to borrow material. All items borrowed at the Circulation Desk must be returned to the Circulation Desk. How long may I check out a given item? Reserve Textbooks and other Reserve material circulate for two hours and may be renewed for an additional loan period if no one placed a hold on a specific book or video/DVD.
