What type of report is needed for the American Dental Association (ADA)?
The American Dental Association requires a general evaluation report ($85). Most evaluation reports are completed within 15 business days of the date we receive all required documentation and information. If faster report processing is needed, ECE does offer 1, 5, and 12 business day rush service for an additional fee. Please note that the rush service time frames do not begin until the date that ECE receives all required documentation and information.
