Loan Balance Reporting – By 8:00 a.m., you can review your current Loan Balance information, which includes loan amount, interest rate, current balance, current payoff maturity, date, last payment date and next payment date. Make a loan advance or make a payment at your convenience. All loan requests received by 3:00 p.m. are processed on a same-day basis.
