What type of rates do I have to upload on ResAvenue Channel Connect?
You have to provide ResAvenue Channel Connect with your best available Nett Rates. These rates will be marked up to include the ResAvenue Channel Connect commission, which will be recovered from the customer at the time of the reservation. The marked up commission will vary according to our affiliate commission structure, marketing expenses, demand-supply ratio, etc. If you work on a structure wherein your hotel rates need to be fixed, ResAvenue Channel Connect will mark up the commission to meet your fixed nett rate. For Example: If your fixed nett rate is 100$ and you want us to sell at that rate, you have to ensure that you upload your room inventory at 75$ for unbundled rooms as we will mark it up to reach 100$.
