What type of property information should be input into AppraisalGIS.com?
Regarding Article 4.01b of the Standard Terms and Conditions, the initial data input for 150 properties should be fairly recent sales/leases. Having said that, any historical sale and lease data is of exceptional value in the GIS. As data becomes older, it is very useful in a GIS to accurately track trends in any user defined search, ranging from small (block level) to large (province wide).
