What type of products are sold at the Vodafone store on eBay?
We sell brand new and ‘Nearly New’ mobile phones and PDAs.’Nearly New’ handsets are phones returnedd to Vodafone stores under the Vodafone 14-day money back guarantee. This means that if a customer changes their mind within 14 days of purchase, Vodafone will refund the customer and send the phone to an accredited refurbishment centre where the unit is extensively tested and any minor faults (scratch on screen etc) rectified with new parts. In most instances a brand new phone and a ‘nearly new’ phone will look identical side by side. The product is then packed in Vodafone packaging and resold with a full 12-month Vodafone warranty. What is the condition of the products sold at your store?
