What type of pressure does the practitioner apply?
Our massage practitioners can apply a range of pressures. They are trained in various techniques and can adapt the pressure to suit your comfort level. If an area is particularly sensitive then let the practitioner know. The practitioner welcomes your feedback anytime during the massage so that you can experience the quality massage which you deserve. Please note that the Healthy Seated Massage is geared towards wellness, stress-relief and decreasing muscular tension. If you want very deep pressure applied to areas, we advise you to visit a specialist trained in Deep Tissue Work and related areas.
