What type of pot is best for a peace lily?
I find peace lillies like to live in those ‘water well’ pots. The ones with the tank at the bottom. You only need to water when the soil becomes dry. You can’t grow any plant in a pot without drainage. Perhaps you could buy a water well type pot and repot the plant in it and place new pot back into the decorative pot.] It will become too big for this pot so perhaps repot into another pot and grow something smaller in a pot inside the original ornate pot. Spring would be best but it will die if you leave it from rot, so best to do as soon as possible.
