• A • Engineered drawn site plans are required for land disturbing activities, however an agreement in lieu of a plan for single family homes may be submitted when the site does not have Floodplain Zone A features or Resource Protection Area features (identified under CBPO – link to Planning) and is approved by the Program Administrator.
