What type of plan options are available under the CIGNA Dental Plan?

0

There will be two types of plans that will be available to members that they can choose from. A PPO, and an Dental HMO(DHMO) are the types of plan options that will be in place for dental benefits. Members that want to elect to self-pay into the dental plan can contact the Fund Office during the month of November of each year, or when they will be eligible for health benefits through covered employment. After a member has elected his or her plan option, the participant will be billed by the Fund Office on a quarterly basis. A member can also pay on a monthly basis as well. Please be aware that if members elect not to continue to pay into the plan anymore, they CANNOT participate into the plan until they re-qualify for health benefits at the start of a future eligibility period.
