The Chatham County Health Department is responsible for permitting and inspecting all food establishments. Contact the Environmental Health Division of the Chatham County Health Department at (912) 356-2160 for more information and assistance. The City of Savannah’s Inspection Department is responsible for permitting and inspecting for zoning, ventilation, etc. Contact Bobby Keel in the City of Savannah’s Inspection Department at (912) 651-6530 for more information and assistance.
