Neighboring farms along the 7 kilometers consist of: The Bank President of Banco Nacional from Panama City. An attorney from Panama City, A corporation owned by the attorney from Panama City and President Torrelios, an alternative energy gentleman from Berkley California, and a retired dentist from Florida, and a large farm owned by a Latino lady who married a gringo and has duel citizenship. The Latino lady operates a quarter horse and champion-breeding program for black and red angus. There are various houses in the woods along the road where the local Indians live, and work on these farms. The site property is the only farm occupied year around by Americans.
