What type of payments does Topline Medical accept?
• • New and existing customers can place their order with DMS Topline Medical via Visa or MasterCard credit card, or through approved credit accounts, for all domestic shipments delivered within the U.S. Company check or certified check payments and C.O.D. shipments are also available. • Canadian customers may make payment-in-advance via wire-transfer, company check, or approved Visa or MasterCard credit card method. • International customers can place their orders via phone, fax, or e-mail method, but no shipments can be made until payment for the order is received. Wire-transfer of funds, or other certified payment method must be received before orders are shipped. Credit accounts can be established by submitting a completed copy of Credit Application Form, or an accepted credit reference letter with credit, banking, and trade references; and financial or administrative signature included. Sales tax is charged on all domestic orders, unless a current tax-exempt or resale certificate
