Well….the first ‘prints’ were on paper by a printer named Gutenberg. He used oil-based ink on PAPER This was, I think, sometime in the 15th century. (If you’re referring to the original scriptures in Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek, most were on parchment, but some written on papyrus.
