What type of ownership title is offered?
We offer one of the most common forms of tenure in retirement villages, which is called ‘leasehold’ tenure. The lease is for 99 years and is registered with the Titles Office, with you registered as the ‘lessee’. A lessee terminates automatically on the death of the surviving resident or when a villa is onsold to a new resident. All retirement village purchasers are protected by the relevant state legislation.
