well, im a guy, and you should wear a dress, that doesnt cover everything competely, just a little, and if you have long hair, always put it down, all guys like girls with there hair down

Nothing too slutty, go for somthing suttle and sexy. Remember heels go with anything so you dont have to wear a little skirt go for some tight jeans and a nice low cut top.
