As much as possible the videoconferencing unit should be connected to a network switch or isolated network. The reason for this is H.323 videoconferencing units and any local network traffic will directly compete with each other causing the network to slow down. If your unit is behind a firewall(s), please contact your local network administrator in charge of the firewall(s) to enable the videoconferencing port.
