It supports mp4 but not any Mp4 type you see you will have a special converter for your videos to work & after a video is converted you will find two files one is the video & the second is a .THM file required for the reading of the video & you cant name them they got to have a special name in numbers witch all can be done with a good converter such as the one i use & it is Winavi MP4 video converter So try getting it it will help plus it is simple to use.
