What type of mounting surface is needed to construct a Sunrooms Direct Kit?
The sunroom can be constructed on a deck or a level concrete pad, with a foundation meeting local building requirements. If it is not level, the area where the walls attach to the deck or patio should be brought to level using 2×6 boards to prep the site. This is fully explained in the installation manual. The house wall where the sunroom attaches should be plumb.
