We are running 56k V.90 (Flex) modems at all our Central Office sites. All of our customers should see connect speeds between 14.4k and 53k depending on their modem and this will vary (this is normal). Important: Some of our customers will not be able to utilize 56k technology at this time because of their equipment, their location, or the distance from their Central Office. We cannot, and do not, guarantee any specific connect speed.
