What type of model should be used for gathering information when children are in multiple environments?

0

A. Scoring of the early childhood outcomes on the Child Outcomes Summary Form (COSF) needs to reflect the functioning of a child across environments. Information about a child’s performance as it relates to the early childhood outcomes can be collected in a variety of ways (i.e. in person, survey, videotape, observations). The final decision on how information will be collected, shared, and incorporated into completing the COSF is a team decision.
