What type of member support does WebConnect have?
Many questions you may have can be answered using this FAQ page. Help for specific transactions within WebConnect is displayed on each transaction page. You can communicate securely with CU employees using the Secure Messaging feature in the Options dropdown menu or by clicking on the question mark icon located to the right of each account/loan balance from the Account Balances screen. Note: The Secure Messaging feature is not real-time and questions will be answered as soon as possible but, if you need immediate assistance, please contact us by phone or in person during normal business hours. To report a lost or stolen Visa card during non-business hours please call 800-453-4270.
