What type of meditation techique do you think is most prevalent amongst Americans?
I publish My Meditation Garden, a site meant to bring information about meditation and how to practice it in daily life to those that need it most; parents, professionals, students, and everyone in the US who lives a stress-filled life. I am curious to know what type of meditation technique is most common in the US and what the reasons for choosing that technique may be. This will help me in choosing the information to post to others.
