SAVAHCS has access to a large number of electronic and paper drug information and therapeutics references. Drug references include Micromedex, AHFS Drug Information, and USP DI. Various therapeutics references are available covering cardiology, GI, orthopedics, OB/GYN, pediatrics, emergency medicine, and psychiatry. Residents also have full access to Up To Date, MD Consult, and OVID/Medline. The library carries many medical text books and maintains subscriptions to approximately 300 medical journals.
