What type of Maquette should I send?
We prefer to scan a wax Maquette from a mold. After an initial scan of the complete assembled maquette we then usually section the Maquette to give us a better scan in areas that are not normally accessible. We can also scan plaster, bronze, and clay. Some reflective surfaces must be coated with a white water based paint that can be washed off after the scan has been completed.
