We have just recently adopted the Suicide Kings method of Loot distribution, modified for our purposes. We are using 3 seperate lists for Tier pieces, Non tier pieces, and offspec/trash item that no one wants for a main spec. The consuls also have the right to veto loot on a case by case basis.
