A. Currently, there are four license types available for Visual Form Editor: Clinical license (individual user license): The number of licenses needed is based on the number of individuals developing forms with Visual Form Editor. Clinical licenses cover development of forms for in house use or free sharing. For most users this is sufficient. It does not allow for sale of forms that have been developed with this tool or use of the tool as a consultant. License is a single-user license. Currently there are no annual fees. There may be upgrade fees in the future. This can only be used for internal development for practices that are owned by a single entity.
