their really needs to be something done about this epidemic that is sweeping Dallas Texas at a rapidpace. More of our young teenagers are catching felonies daily the felony rate is higher than its ever been and the unemployment rate is just a high .Not only does people with no felonies need work people with felonies are not even thought about. Most felons are on some sort of probation or parole and a job is one of the criteria s in their agreement. So what now if their unable to pay supervision fees are they violated. I don’t don’t know whats to come but I do know that something needs to be done.
