There is a large demand for qualified property managers. They are found in many industries, such as real estate, hotels, motels, malls, condominiums, and apartment complexes. They work as leasing consultants, building managers, complex administrators, property managers, hotel/motel managers, and landlords. They may be self-employed or work for the owners of the property. National hotel and motel chains, real estate companies, commercial real estate brokers, and property owners all employ property managers.
