What type of internship can the stipends used for?
The stipends offer students the opportunity to work full-time at an unpaid internship in not-for-profit and public service organizations, and in some for-profit organizations. Up to 150 awards may be given, well over half of which support student internships in the not-for-profit sector. All of the stipends support Wellesley College students who find their own internship (“student identified”). Each student is required to secure her own internship.
