What type of informational shall be included in the Certified Inspector’s report for a climbing wall facility?

In accordance with 520 CMR 5.15(1)(h)(2), Certified Inspector’s reports for climbing wall facilities shall record: the inspection of all automatic belay devices (including all components and the manufacturer’s procedures); the inspection of all releveant manufacturer bulletins and/or technical notices; all periodic inspections, maintenance; and repairs for the previous year including the Maintenance Repair Log and Daily Equipment Inspection Log; and the operations manual. Items found out of compliance with inspection standards shall be noted by the Certified Inspector on the Climbing Wall Facility Inspection Summary. The Climbing Wall Association has drafted provisional inspection standards, Industry Practices: A Sourcebook for the Operation of Manufactured Climbing Walls which are available at www.climbingwallindustry.org.
