What type of information or consent forms are we required to provide Informed Hiring with?

0

We provide clients with appropriate consent forms for signing by the applicant. Our general consent form covers areas of employment and education verification, drivers license searches and credit history. For criminal record searches, a separate and specific consent form is also required for CPIC (Canadian Police Information Centre) processing. Informed Hiring requires that a copy of the candidate’s resume or employment application (or both) be provided when each report is ordered as these documents are used to review and investigate employment history and education. Our standard order form also allows clients the option of transferring this information for submission.
