The system collects energy consumption and usage data associated with each touch panel. Customer profiles, which include consumption and usage information, are in a protected database within dedicated servers managed by BreezePlay’s hosting partner. The information is secured on remote servers hosted by nationally recognized hosting services with top-level security in place to protect all usage information. Collection of this information is necessary in order for the commercial web interface to allow the user access to their information remotely, and for BreezePlay to manage energy consumption.
