What type of information do I need to submit for a hospital peer review?
This can vary depending on the type of peer review — on-going or focused. In general, we will need all the documentation about the doctor, the reason for the review, along with questions you have about the review. In the case of a sentinel event, we’d also like images (x-rays, MRIs or photos) and we would like to know everything about what lead up to the event.
