What type of information can be found at the Drafting Zone?
The Drafting Zone is a work-in-progress that will continue to grow in both content and functionality. The objective of the site is to provide users with frequently-needed, hard-to-find information and tools that can be used to improve their knowledge and understanding of drafting standards and practices. The current version of the Drafting Zone includes an on-line version of Genium’s Modern Drafting Practices & Standards Manual. This reference was originally developed by General Electric Company and was used as that organization’s internal drafting manual for over 80 years. In 1984, Genium Publishing Corporation assumed responsibility for maintaining the reference and continues to do so today.
