What type of impact do you think the United States economy has on the World economy?
I think we have a huge impact on the economy. Half of all industrial products are purchased by the US. If the US halted all trade with foreign nations, all the other nations of the worid would lose their biggest partner in economy. That might even start a world war. I mean, we could destroy Chinas economy just by cutting off trade with them alone. It would help our economy, with less money going around, retailers will have to lower their prices because with products that can be afforded by the average person, sales will go down and they will lose money. Economy is like Global Warming. It is just a natural thing that happens. When the world gets to warm, the ice caps begin to melt, ceating more water and thus cooling down the earth. Then eventualy the cooling ends and it warms up again, its the same thing with economy. So the economy might crash, but it will repaire itself without government help.
