At least one (1) valid photo ID with signature is required. Acceptable primary IDs in the Phils. are the following: Passport, Drivers License, Card type SSS ID and PRC ID, or photo bearing credit card. If the recipient does not have a primary ID, he/she may present two (2) secondary IDs like: company ID, school ID, non-photo bearing credit card, TIN card, marriage contract, etc. If the recipient will be out, he/she must leave a letter of authorization and a valid ID to the person he/she is authorizing to accept the funds.
