Anywhere from 10 to 15 hours a week. (Three 2-hour practices a week, two 2-hour strength and conditioning workouts a week plus any games for the week. Cheerleaders cheer at football, volleyball and basketball games. Both squads cheer at every football game and rotate cheering at all other games.
