You need to bath either coated dog about once a month. Depending on the thickness of the long coat, you will have to brush them too. I brush Sonja once a week for instance, and only brush T Kis about once every 4 months, and she hardly has any knots. They only need to be brushed, and do not need to have their hair trimed like other long coat breeds do. You can do it all at home in 5 minutes.
