Relocatable buildings that will be on hard standing will only require shims. For other surfaces or for modular buildings, only pad foundations are necessary. The foundations required will depend on site conditions, building weight and floor loads – our Portakabin Hire team will be happy to advise you on your individual foundation requirements.
